This Privacy Policy explains how SaaS Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "GrowMyBuziness Launch") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, and profile preferences when you sign up.
- Product submissions: the information you provide about products you list — logos, descriptions, links, pricing.
- Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, referrers, device type, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
2. How we use it
- To operate the platform — display listings, run analytics, and process payments.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, product status).
- To send product-update or marketing emails you have opted in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and spam.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers required to run the product (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under data-processing agreements, or when required by law.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@growmybuziness.com. Deleting your account removes your profile and submissions; some records may be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
5. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Analytics events are kept for up to 24 months. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax law.
6. International transfers
Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare and Supabase, which may process data in regions outside your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
