These Terms govern your use of GrowMyBuziness Launch (the "Service"), operated by SaaS Solutions LLC. By creating an account or submitting a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Product listings
- You must have the right to list every product you submit.
- Listings must be accurate, lawful, and free of malware, deceptive claims, or hateful content.
- We may approve, reject, edit, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion.
- Paid placements do not guarantee a specific volume of traffic, leads, or conversions.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid plans and featured slots are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. One-time launch boosts and featured slots are non-refundable once the slot starts running, unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Manipulate rankings, votes, reviews, or analytics through bots or coordinated activity.
- Scrape the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
- Submit illegal, infringing, or sexually explicit content.
- Use the Service to send spam or harass other users.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote your listing on the Service and in marketing about the Service. The Service itself — code, brand, design — remains our property.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
